EBH Technologies SARLAU processes your personal data in accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, under the oversight of Morocco's National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).

Data collected via forms
Data submitted through the site's forms (contact, application, signup) — identity, contact details, the content of your request — is used exclusively to process your request.
EBH One account
If you create an EBH One account, we store your name, email, password (encrypted, never stored in plain text), and, if provided, your company, phone number, profile photo and documents linked to your case. The EBH One chat assistant sends the content of your messages to our AI processor (Groq) to generate a response — this content is not used to train their models.
Processors
We use the following processors: Groq (processing of EBH One assistant messages), Resend (transactional and verification emails), OVH (hosting). No data is sold or shared for advertising purposes.
Your rights
In accordance with Law 09-08, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to your personal data. EBH One account holders can delete their account and associated data at any time from the Account page. For any other request, contact [email protected].
Retention
Data submitted via a form is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then deleted or archived in accordance with legal obligations. EBH One account data is kept while the account is active, and deleted immediately upon account deletion.
